She graduated from the college under the Moscow Tchaikovsky State Conservatoire. In 2007–2008 she continued her studies in the Galina Vishnevskaya Opera Center. She attended master classes by Riccardo Muti, Mauro Trombetta, Mimi Coertse, and Irina Bogacheva. In 2009, she studied at the Accademia Rossiniana with Alberto Zedda in Pesaro, Italy. 

The singer made her debut in the Novaya Opera in 2009 performing Dunyasha in Rimsky-Korsakov’s The Tsar’s Bride.In the same year she performed Rosina in Rossini's Il barbiere di SIviglia jointly with the Fondazione Pergolesi Spontini in opera houses throughout Italy.

Victoria Yarovaya is a guest soloist of many European theatres, such as the Real Teatro di San Carlo, Opera di Firenze, Teatro Sociale, TeatroFraschini, TeatroPetruzzelli, Teatro Grande di Brescia, Teatro Ponchielli (all in Italy); Opéra de Rouen, Opéra de Lille, Théâtre du Capitole, Opéra de Rennes, Opéra de Marseille, Opéra de Dijon (all in France),Theater an der Wien (Austria),Grand Théâtre de Luxembourg, Scottish Opera in Glasgow, Finnish National Opera, Vlaamse Opera (Belgium). She sang in Mozart’s Così fan tutte (Dorabella),Rossini’s Demetrio e Polibio (Siveno), La Cenerentola (the title role), Il viaggio a Reims (Marchesa Melibea), Il barbiere di Siviglia (Rosina), L'italiana in Algeri (Isabella, Zulma), Bianca e Falliero (Falliero), La gazza ladra (Pippo), L’occasione fa il ladro (Ernestina),Puccini’s Messa di Gloria and Madama Butterfly (Suzuki),Humperdinck’s Hänsel und Gretel (Hänsel). In May 2016, the singer gave a recital in Théâtre du Capitole (Toulouse, France).

Victoria Yarovaya participated in a number of prestigious opera festivals: the Rossini Opera Festival (Italy),the Glyndebourne Festival Opera (UK),the Belcanto Opera Festival in Wildbad (Germany),the Fyodor Shalyapin International Opera Festival (Kazan),the Rachmaninov International Music Festival (Tambov),the 7th International Opera Festival Glory of Stars in the Opera (Krasnoyarsk). She has collaborated with prominent conductors, such as Luciano Acocella, Giampaolo Bisanti, Marko Boemi, Alberto Zedda, Sir Andrew Davis, James Gaffigan, Bruno Campanella, Gianluca Capuano, Willian Lacey, Alessandro De Marchi, Enrique Mazzola, Trisdeena Patalung, Kirill Petrenko, Mikhail Pletnev, Francesco Pasqualetti, Donato Renzetti, Alexander Rudin, Corrado Rovaris, Gennady Rozhdestvensky, VassilySinaisky, Antonino Fogliani. She has toured in Austria, Great Britain, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France, Finland, and Scotland.
