Vasily Barhkatov, director of the Russian premiere of Die tote Stadt by Erich Wolfgang Korngold, had a meeting with the production team and the cast on February 15th. He presented the concept, costumes and scenography of the production.
The meeting was attended by the cast members, among them was famous Russian soprano Elena Stikhina, who will be singing Marietta and Mari.
Rehearsals have already begun.
