The Kolobov Novaya Opera Theatre offers the following options for buying tickets:
- 1. Buying tickets online on the Theatre’s website
Tickets are to be paid with a bank card on the website, after which you receive an e-ticket and a receipt of payment attached to the e-mail. You can print the e-ticket and present it to the usher or show it on your device (phone of tablet). The Theatre’s box office does not provide a service for printing e-tickets!
If you prefer to print your ticket, make sure the print quality is high enough to read your name and surname, the ticket series and the bar code on your ticket (a series of black vertical dashes of different thickness).
Do not let strangers copy your ticket!
- 2. Buying tickets at the Box Office of the Theatre
The Box Office is open daily 12 a.m. - 7 p.m. (with a break 3 p.m. - 3.30 p.m.)
Tickets can be paid for either in cash or with a bank card.
- Buying tickets on non-official websites
Please note that you can buy official tickets without extra charge only on the official website of the Theatre www.novayaopera.ru. Beware of spoof websites!
4. Entering the Theatre
To enter the Theatre, you present the original ticket with a sales bill, a print of the e-ticket or the e-ticket on your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) Keep the sales bill till the end of the performance!

Ticket booking by phone is not available.
