Tatiana Tabachuk

Tatiana Tabachuk graduated from the Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory in 1996 and did probation assistantship there in 1999 (Prof. Irina Arkhipova’s class). In 1992 and 1994, she was a soloist of the Opéra national du Rhin in Strasbourg (France). She took part in masterclasses in ECOV (Ghent, Belgium),where she sang Marta in Tchaikovsky’s Iolanta. A CD with the performance’s recording was released in 1996 (Live Recording in the Vooruit Center of the Arts).

Tatiana Tabachuk took part in the Maria Bieșu Invites International Opera and Ballet Arts Festival (Moldova). In 1999, she gave a recital at the Izmir State Opera and Ballet Theatre (Turkey).

Since 1999, she has been a soloist of the Novaya Opera Theatre where she sings in many productions and concert programmes. She took part in the theatre’s tour at the Israeli Opera (Tel Aviv, Borodin’s Prince Igor, 2013) and in the Dmitri Hvorostovsky and Friends project (the State Kremlin Palace, 2014).

The singer has toured in Australia, England, Finland, Cyprus, France, Belgium and Austria. She performs at the best venues in Moscow, giving recitals and touring with the Novaya Opera company (Irkutsk, Tyumen, Belgorod, Samara, Ryazan, Kostroma, Tver, Vologda and others).

  • prize-winner of the 17th Glinka International Vocal Competition (1st prize, Samara, 1997)
  • prize-winner of the 1st International Open Singers’ Competition in Bolshoi dedicated to the memory of Sergei Zimin
  • diploma-winner of the Irina Arkhipova Moscow Grand Prix Television Competition (1997)
  • diploma of the Moscow Office for Cultural and Leisure Affairs
