Rules of ticket sales and refund

RULES OF TICKET SALES

The following ways of purchasing tickets for the Novaya Opera Theatre’s productions are available:

1. Purchasing at the Box Office of the Theatre
The Box Office is open 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. (with a break 3 p.m. - 3.30 p.m.)
Tickets can be paid for either in CASH or with a BANK CARD.

2. Ticket booking by phone
Tickets can be booked by phone at 8-495-694-18-30 or 8-495-694-08-68  Monday to Sunday 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. (with a break 3 p.m. - 3.30 p.m.).
The booked tickets are to be bought out from the Box Office.

3. Purchasing tickets online on the website
When buying tickets on the website, follow the instruction.
Tickets are to be paid with a bank card on the website, after which the purchaser receives an e-ticket and a receipt of payment attached to the e-mail. The tickets can be printed or shown on a smartphone screen when entering the Theatre.

4. Purchasing tickets at our partners’ websites ticketland.rukassir.ruredkassa.rubigbilet.ruponominalu.ru/

To enter the Theatre, the Customer is to show the original ticket with a sales bill, a printed e-ticket or the QR-code of the e-ticket on the screen of a mobile gadget (smartphone, tablet PC, etc.) Keep the sales bill till the beginning of the performance!

 

RULES OF TICKET REFUND

To refubd tickets for the Theatre’s performance, the Customer is to apply in person to the Box Office (3/2 Karetny Ryad, Moscow) 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. and submit the following documents:

- An application for the refund for returned ticket(s) indicating the reasons of the ticket return;
- the Customer’s passport or other ID (original);
- the ticket(s);
- the original sales bill proving the purchase of the ticket(s) by the Customer.

1. The refund documents are accepted at the Box Office only before the beginning of the performance indicated on the returned ticket. After the beginning of the performance the ticket refund is not allowed.

2. The refund will be paid according to the price indicated on the ticket.

3. The refund payment for tickets paid for by card will be made to the credit or debit card with which they were purchased in accordance with the procedure established by the issuing bank.

 

5. REFUND OF E-TICKETS

5.1. The payment can be refunded for e-tickets paid for online on the website of the Theatre.

5.2. The refund is paid according to the price indicated on the e-ticket.

5.3. To refund an e-ticket purchased on the website, the Customer is to apply in person to the Box Office (3/2 Karetny Ryad, Moscow) 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. and submit the following documents:

- An application for the refund for returned e-ticket(s) indicating the reasons of the ticket return;
- the Customer’s passport or other ID (original);
- the printed e-ticket(s);
- the printed receipt proving the purchase of the e-ticket(s) by the Customer on the website.

5.4. The refund payment will be made to the Customer’s payment instrument used to purchase the e-ticket(s) on the website

5.5. The refund documents are accepted at the Box Office only before the beginning of the performance indicated on the returned e-ticket. After the beginning of the performance the refund documents are not accepted.
